From the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the City of Roanoke remains committed and focused on implementing transformative investments across the community.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our community has demonstrated why we are a 7 time All-America City and Hall of Fame Inductee. Compassion, innovation, determination, patience, and response are just a few words to describe how our community has shown up and stood strong during this unprecedented global health crisis.

The City of Roanoke ARPA grant applications for funding are now available and focused on recovery and resiliency. Small businesses located in the respective zip codes of 24012, 24013, 24017, and with the designation of Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business (SWaM), are encouraged to apply.
